In May, Hangzhou's new housing prices recorded the highest month-on-month increase.

Data released today by the National Bureau of Statistics shows that in May, out of the 70 large and medium-sized cities, 16 cities saw an increase in new home prices compared to the previous month, an increase of 2 cities from the previous month. Among them, Hangzhou had the highest increase at 0.5%, followed by Shenzhen at 0.4%, and Taiyuan and Qingdao both had an increase of 0.3%, tied for third place.
