Once the agreement is formally signed on June 19th, the Strait of Hormuz will be "reopened" on the same day. Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Gharibabadi confirmed that the text of the Iran-U.S. memorandum of understanding has been finalized, and the formal signing ceremony of the "Islamabad Memorandum" will be held in Switzerland on June 19th.
