Wisdom Finance and Economics APP News, Kode Education (300192.SZ) has released the "Transcender" first phase employee stock ownership plan (draft), with a fund size of no more than 200 million yuan, using "shares" as the subscription unit, with each share priced at 1.00 yuan. Based on the closing price of the company's stock at 16.13 yuan per share on the day before the proposal of the stock ownership plan, it is estimated that the plan will be able to purchase approximately 12.3993 million shares of the target stock, accounting for approximately 3.77% of the company's total equity.
