Financial APP News, Yibin Bank (02596.HK) announced that on June 15, 2026, the bank entered into a sales contract with Yibin Cuiping District Liya Real Estate Development Co., Ltd (Seller). According to the contract, the Seller intends to sell to the bank the newly built properties located at 77 Jiu Yuan Road, Wuliangye Avenue, Cuiping District, Yibin City, including Unit 1 on the first floor and Unit 1 on the second floor of Building 19 of the "Liya Hejin" project. The transaction price is 16 million yuan (including taxes).
