Shuangta Food Announcement: Yantai Shuangta Sinyuan Food Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yantai Shuangta Food Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 5 million RMB. In order to meet the business expansion and future development needs of Sinyuan Food, the company plans to increase its capital by 45 million RMB using its own funds, increasing Sinyuan's registered capital to 50 million RMB.
