According to the Wise Finance APP, on June 15th, Hong Kong's Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Chen Meibao, stated in the Legislative Council Transport Committee that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government has always upheld a policy of innovative thinking and views the effective use of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as one of the important strategic directions for deepening the construction of the Greater Bay Area. Along with the Guangdong Provincial Government's efforts to promote various cross-border passage measures, they hope to promote the northward movement of Hong Kong vehicles and the southward movement of Guangdong vehicles through the bridge, allowing residents of both regions to travel in both directions, thereby reflecting the deep interconnectivity of the Greater Bay Area.
