Junshi Biology announced that on June 15th, it received a notification from Shanghai Tan Ying, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, that due to the fund's term and liquidity arrangements, Shanghai Tan Ying and its concerted actions LVC Fund II, LVC Renaissance Fund together reduced their holdings from 81.217999 million shares to 71.257999 million shares, the proportion of total share capital decreased from 7.91% to 6.94%, and the equity change triggered the 1% threshold. The change took place from September 15, 2025, to June 15, 2026, through block trading. This change does not involve a tender offer, nor will it result in changes to the company's controlling rights or controlling shareholders.
