On June 15th, CIC Zhoushi Consulting released the "Autonomous Driving Industry Blue Book - Urban NOA: Turning Point for Commercialization of Autonomous Driving." The report shows that by 2025, the penetration rate of new energy vehicles in China has reached 54%. From March 2025 to February 2026, Momenta's market share in the Chinese third-party urban NOA supplier market reached 65%. The report predicts that the penetration rate of urban NOA solutions in China will increase from 11% in 2025 to 62% in 2030. With the increase in penetration rate of new energy vehicles, the accelerated deployment of end-to-end technology and world models, and the standardization of advanced driving functions on more vehicle models by automakers, the penetration rates of urban NOA in vehicle price ranges of 100,000-200,000, 200,000-400,000, and over 400,000 will increase from 3.8%, 27.2%, and 29.6% in 2025 to 62.7%, 97.0%, and 89.8% in 2030, respectively.
