According to the Tianyan Cha app, recently, Hunan Zhongnan Baijing Culture Media Co., Ltd. was established, with Xie Qingfeng as the legal representative. The registered capital is 35 million RMB, and the business scope includes radio and television program production and operation, retail and wholesale of publications, internet sales of publications, and second-class value-added telecommunications services. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhongnan Media.
