Hony Cultural Group (00419) completes subscription agreement I and terminates subscription agreement II

Zhixin Finance APP News, Hongyi Cultural Group (00419) announced that, as all the preconditions set forth in subscription agreement I have been fulfilled, the completion has been implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions of subscription agreement I on June 15, 2026. A total of 113 million subscribed shares (equivalent to (i) approximately 7.59% of the total issued share capital of the company before the completion of the subscription under subscription agreement I; and (ii) approximately 7.06% of the total issued share capital of the company after the issue and issuance of the subscribed shares in accordance with subscription agreement I) have been issued and issued to subscriber I at the subscription price of HK$0.40 per subscribed share in accordance with the general mandate.
