Wisono announced that its subsidiary Kunshan Guoxian recently granted an exclusive license to Bahon Leasing for the use of its own patents. Bahon Leasing paid a license fee of 200 million yuan, while Kunshan Guoxian will pay a usage fee in installments over a period of 3 years. The company provided an irrevocable joint and several liability guarantee for this business, with Kunshan Guoxian pledging its own patents as collateral. Prior to this guarantee, the company's guarantee balance for Kunshan Guoxian was 3.881 billion yuan, which increased to 4.131 billion yuan after the guarantee. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total external guarantee balance of the company and its subsidiaries was 16.811 billion yuan, accounting for 514.40% of the audited net assets in 2025.
