The Guangxi Department of Water Resources and the Guangxi Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a flash flood meteorological warning on June 14th at 16:00: It is predicted that from 20:00 on June 14th to 20:00 on June 15th, there is a high possibility of flash floods in Yulin City, Baise City, and Hezhou City.
