Zhtng cijng APP news, Weihai Bank (09677.HK) announced that on June 14, 2026, the bank entered into an H-share subscription agreement with Everbright Holdings, under which Everbright Holdings conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the bank conditionally agreed to issue and issue up to 150 million H shares at a subscription price of RMB 3.29 per H share, with a cash consideration not exceeding RMB 4.94 billion.
