Zhijun Financial News APP reported that Laplace (688726.SH) disclosed the plan to issue A shares to specific targets in 2026. The total amount of funds to be raised in this issuance shall not exceed RMB 2.201 billion (inclusive), which will be used for the following projects after deducting issuance expenses: RMB 1.25 billion for the R&D project of photovoltaic and semiconductor high-end equipment, RMB 1.35 billion for the second phase construction project of the Wuxi photovoltaic high-end equipment base, RMB 1.56 billion for the digitalization and intelligent upgrade project, and RMB 6.6 billion for supplementary working capital.
