In order to guide financial information service institutions to carry out data classification and classification of important data, and to enhance the level of data security of financial information services, in accordance with the laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Internet Data Security, the Regulations on the Administration of Financial Information Services, etc., the Cyberspace Administration of China, the People's Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange have formulated the "Financial Information Services Data Classification and Classification Guide".
