According to Tianyancha App, recently, there has been a change in business registration at CMB Securities. Huo Da has stepped down as the legal representative and chairman, and Zhu Jiangtao has taken over. The company was established in August 1993 with a registered capital of approximately 8.7 billion RMB. Its business scope includes securities brokerage, securities investment consulting, financial advisory related to securities trading and investment activities, and is jointly owned by China Merchants Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Jisheng Investment Development Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited.
