Douyin launches AI anti-cyberbullying initiative, daily identification of potential victims of cyberbullying has expanded nearly twofold.
The comment section flooding with the phrase "Has it been seven days?" may seem normal, but it could actually be unfounded hunting towards a certain online consumer. Recently, in response to the emerging form of online violence, Douyin launched an AI anti-cyber violence campaign, introducing the AI anti-cyber violence Agent to work together with the cyber violence recognition model, judgment model, and human intervention, optimizing the outbound rescue mechanism, covering risk detection, event judgment, proactive governance, and outbound assistance, shifting platform governance from "passive waiting for reports" to "actively seeking risks." It is understood that after the system upgrade, the platform has expanded by 91.5% the number of potential risks of cyberbullying identified daily, with thousands of users activating the anti-cyberbullying function after receiving warnings daily. The number of victims who have been manually called for assistance due to high risk levels has increased by 147%.
