Increase support efforts, four departments deploy and implement entrepreneurial model leadership actions.

Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and four other departments issued a notice proposing to increase support for entrepreneurship and implement actions to lead entrepreneurship models. The notice mentioned supporting technology talents and returning entrepreneurs, and will support them in actively starting businesses to drive employment. The notice also proposed supporting leading talents in leading enterprises, cutting-edge high-tech enterprises, and young technology talents to innovate and start businesses, vigorously cultivating technology entrepreneurs. It also supports and encourages researchers in universities, research institutes, and public institutions to engage in scientific research and technology transfer activities through methods such as establishing technology enterprises while on leave. It promotes the use of technology achievements by small and medium-sized enterprises through a pay-after-use model, driving the transformation and industrialization of technological innovation achievements by talent.
