Shaanxi Coal Industry Investment establishes a new power generation company.

The QiChaCha APP shows that recently, Huangling Mining Riverbank Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, and power supply; as well as installation, maintenance, and testing of power transmission, power supply, and power receiving facilities. According to QiChaCha's equity penetration, the company is wholly owned by Shaanxi Coal Electricity Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shaanxi Coal Industry.
