Omdia: Disruption in the storage market drives first-quarter semiconductor market revenue past $300 billion.

According to the latest research from Omdia, the semiconductor revenue in the first quarter of 2026 increased by 27% compared to the fourth quarter of 2025, reaching $319 billion. Memory revenue was the main driver of this growth, with a quarter-on-quarter increase of over 80% in the first quarter of 2026.
