New research: Blood test can help precise treatment after colon cancer surgery.

A clinical study led by the University Hospital of Dresden in Germany found that detecting circulating tumor DNA in the blood of stage II colon cancer patients after surgery may help identify the risk of recurrence and provide a basis for postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy decisions. The related research results were recently published in the "Oncology Yearbook" journal.
