China and Ethiopia sign Chinese language education cooperation agreement

The signing ceremony of the Sino-Ethiopian Chinese education cooperation agreement and the reception for Sino-Ethiopian cultural exchange was held on the 10th in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. Nearly a hundred guests from the fields of education, culture, diplomacy, media, think tanks, and more from both countries attended the event. Chinese Ambassador to Ethiopia Chen Hai and Ethiopian Deputy Minister of Education Kindya Gabrehiwot signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the two education ministries, marking the official incorporation of Chinese education into the Ethiopian national education system.
