According to the Enterprise Check APP, recently, Qianxian Yuntong Shengrui Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established, with Gao Shengming as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of generators and generator sets; manufacturing of mechanical and electrical equipment; wind power generation technical services; solar power generation technical services, etc. According to the equity penetration shown by Enterprise Check, the company is wholly owned by Shaanxi Jianda New Energy Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Yunda shares, Shanjian shares, and others.
