Shengquan Group established a new material technology company in Xinjiang.

According to the Enterprise Check app, recently, Xinjiang Shengquan Dongwei New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhao Yan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: new material technology promotion services; mineral washing and processing; sales of non-metallic minerals and products; petroleum and natural gas technology services; and new material technology research and development. According to the equity penetration shown by Enterprise Check, the company is wholly owned by Chengde Dongwei New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shengquan Group.
