Zhitong Finance APP News, Haiching Intelligence (01392.HK) will be listed for public subscription from June 11th to June 16th, 2026. The company plans to globally sell 85.1625 million H shares, with approximately 10% of the shares sold in Hong Kong and approximately 90% sold internationally. The offer price will be HK$7.2 per share, with a minimum trading unit of 500 shares. It is expected that the H shares will start trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 am on June 22nd, 2026 (Monday).
