On June 10, 6912, the company announced its intention to acquire at least 51% of the equity of Chengdu Jingrong Lianchuang Technology Co., Ltd. through cash payment and achieve controlling stake. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, and is not expected to constitute a major asset restructuring. Jingrong Lianchuang is mainly engaged in the design, research and development, production, and sales of domestically produced basic software and hardware products, and holds core network technology such as system integration, operating system standards, communication systems, and satellite design networking.
