On June 10th, Jiangfeng Electronics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Harbin Jiangfeng Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., plans to purchase equipment from its related party, Harbin Tongchuang Purun Group Co., Ltd., for the production of ultra-high-purity metal sputtering targets. The total transaction amount is 45.4293 million yuan.
