- Wisdom Financial News App, Punaig Shares (002225.SZ) announced that the company recently signed a equity transfer agreement with minority shareholders Jing Bo and Liang Jian of its holding subsidiary Xinjiang Qinxing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjiang Qinxing"). The company plans to use its own funds of 3.75 million yuan to acquire 5.32% equity of Xinjiang Qinxing held by Jing Bo, and 2.625 million yuan to acquire 3.98% equity of Xinjiang Qinxing held by Liang Jian, with a total transaction amount of 6.375 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, the company's shareholding ratio in Xinjiang Qinxing will increase from 67.77% to 77.07%, and Xinjiang Qinxing will still be the company's holding subsidiary.
