The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the public notice of the "Announcement on Road Motor Vehicle Production Enterprises and Products" and the "Catalog of Energy-Saving and New Energy Vehicles to Enjoy Vehicle and Vessel Tax Exemptions".

According to the requirements of the management of road motor vehicle production enterprises and products access, as well as the notices on tax preferential policies for energy-saving and new energy vehicles by the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Transport, the contents of the "Announcement on Road Motor Vehicle Production Enterprises and Products" and the "Catalogue of Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle Models Eligible for Vehicle Tax Exemption" are now being published for public inspection. All sectors of society are invited to supervise, and any objections can be submitted through the online opinion solicitation system or by fax during the public inspection period. A total of 743 vehicle production enterprises have applied for new product access in this batch, including 564 automobile production enterprises and 179 motorcycle production enterprises. The enterprises have declared a total of 2,454 new products, including 1,926 automobile products and 528 motorcycle products. A total of 304 enterprises have applied for new energy vehicle products, with 963 models, including 223 enterprises with 802 models of pure electric products, 66 enterprises with 123 models of plug-in hybrid products, and 15 enterprises with 38 models of fuel cell products. A total of 1,160 vehicle production enterprises have applied for product changes and expansions in this batch, including 935 automobile production enterprises, 224 motorcycle production enterprises, and 1 three-wheeled automobile production enterprise. The enterprises have declared a total of 12,491 changes and expansions, including 10,863 automobile products, 1,621 motorcycle products, and 7 three-wheeled automobile products. Fourteen automobile production enterprises have applied for corrections to 19 automobile products in this batch.
