Zhongyuan Home Furnishings: intends to sell the right to use 18 mu of land and factory buildings in Anji for 25 million yuan.

On June 10th, Zhongyuan Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. announced that they have signed an intention agreement for asset disposal. The announcement shows that the company plans to sell the land use rights of approximately 18 acres and the corresponding above-ground factory located at 533 Shuangqiao Road, Dipu Street, Anji County to Anji Jingyao Furniture Co., Ltd. The transaction amount is 25 million yuan.
