China COSCO Shipping Corporation announced that on June 10, 2026, the company, together with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, signed a performance guarantee for lease contracts with Qatar Energy for six single-vessel companies including Oryx LNG No.8 Shipping Corporation. The actual guarantee amount provided by the company is approximately 50 million yuan, with the guarantee period lasting until the end of the lease contract. The company and MOL provide each other with counter-guarantees based on their respective shareholdings. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, excluding this guarantee, the company's accumulated external guarantee balance is approximately 2.679 billion yuan, accounting for approximately 5.77% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue external guarantees.
