China General Nuclear Power Group: Controlling shareholder reduces holdings of "CGN Convertible Bonds" by 10.36%

China General Nuclear Power Corporation announced that on July 9, 2025, the company issued 4.9 billion yuan of "CGN Convertible Bonds", with the controlling shareholder CGN offering 30 million shares, accounting for 61.22% of the total issuance. As of May 26, 2026, CGN has transferred 16,688,491 shares, accounting for 34.06% of the total issuance, and now holds 27.17% after reducing its holdings. From May 27 to June 10, 2026, CGN transferred an additional 5,077,729 shares, accounting for 10.36% of the total issuance. After reducing its holdings, CGN now holds 8,233,780 shares, accounting for 16.80% of the total.
