On June 10th, Deli Group stated on the interactive platform that as of the date of this announcement, there is no equity relationship, business dealings, cooperation agreements, or business coordination arrangements between the listed company and Huatian Airlines. This private placement does not involve the injection of any assets, business, or personnel of Huatian Airlines into the listed company, and there is no plan or intention to incorporate Huatian Airlines' related businesses into the listed company's system.
