Encourage eligible regions to introduce policies for tourism train subsidies and incentives on the premise of implementing financial subsidy regulations, guiding various types of social capital to lawfully participate in the development and operation of railway tourism products. Promote the construction of pilot cities for new consumption formats, models, and scenes, creating new scenarios for the integrated development of railways and tourism. Encourage financial institutions to provide financing support for the technological transformation and equipment update of tourism trains in accordance with market-oriented and rule-of-law principles.
