According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Shanxi Haiyoushun New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Zou Quan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Its business scope includes sales of solar thermal utilization products, power generation technical services, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Qingdao Haier Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Haier New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
