ST Ning: Independent Director Song Meng Resigns Due to Personal Reasons

ST NingVision announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from non-independent director Song Meng. Due to personal reasons, Song Meng applied to resign from the position of non-independent director of the eighth board of directors and will not hold any position in the company after resigning. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Song Meng did not hold any shares of the company and there were no unfulfilled commitments to be fulfilled.
