Recently, Sunac Group internally announced an appointment notice, appointing Zhang Qiang, the CEO of Sunac China and the president of the Chengdu-Chongqing region, to take charge of the real estate sector, including the group's headquarters real estate-related departments, various real estate regions, and directly affiliated cities. Zhang Qiang is a seasoned veteran who has followed Sun Hongbin for many years. He joined Sunac Group in 2003 and has served as Director of Strategic Development, Marketing Director, and General Manager of the Marketing Center. In 2013, Zhang Qiang was promoted to Vice President of Sunac China and also served as the Executive General Manager of Sunac Green Town in Shanghai. He then served as Vice President of the Sunac Shanghai region and General Manager of the Suzhou company.
