Wang Zhibin appointed as the Chairman of Huaxing Securities.

Huaxing Securities announced today that, after deliberation and approval by the board of directors, Wang Zhibin has been elected as the new chairman of the company. Former chairman Wang Lixing, due to a shift in work focus, has resigned from the position of chairman of Huaxing Securities but will continue to serve as a director of the company. With nearly 20 years of licensed financial institution management experience, Wang Zhibin previously served as assistant to the chairman of Huaxing Capital Group before joining Huaxing Securities. During his nearly ten-year tenure as general manager of CMB Futures Co., Ltd., he led the company from its establishment to becoming a leading player in the industry.
