Its business scope includes wind power generation technology services, among others. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly owned by Northern United Electric Power Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of China Huaneng Group, Vviben Technology Co., Ltd, and Four Light Energy Co., Ltd.
