The intelligent operation and service capabilities of information communication have reached the international advanced level, and information communication networks have initially achieved high-level self-intelligence, forming over 30 high-value typical scenarios and creating a number of typical applications and characteristic intelligent bodies. Information infrastructure such as networks and computing power supports the further enhancement of artificial intelligence capabilities, with a coverage rate of the city-level computing power 1-millisecond latency circle not less than 75%. By 2030, significant breakthroughs have been made in the key core technologies of the integration of artificial intelligence and information communication networks.
