The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the implementation of the "Innovation and Development Plan for Artificial Intelligence + Information and Communication" . By 2028, a preliminary innovative development pattern of integration and mutual promotion between artificial intelligence and information communication will be established. The intelligent operation and service capabilities of information and communication will reach an internationally advanced level, and the information and communication networks will initially achieve high-level self-intelligence, forming more than 30 high-value typical scenarios, creating a number of typical applications and characteristic intelligent entities. Information infrastructure such as networks and computing power will further support the enhancement of artificial intelligence capabilities, with the coverage rate of urban computing power with a 1 millisecond latency not less than 75%.
