On June 10, Luzhou issued an official WeChat message, stating that the "Implementation Plan for the New Urbanization and Urban-Rural Integration Development of Luzhou City in 2026" was recently issued. Focusing on four aspects: accelerating the urbanization of agricultural transfer population, creating high-quality urban living spaces, promoting urbanization construction with county towns as important carriers, and deepening urban-rural integration development, the plan clearly outlines 65 key tasks for promoting the new urbanization and urban-rural integration development in Luzhou this year. In terms of industrial and urban integration, the "Implementation Plan" proposes to promote urbanization construction with county towns as important carriers, systematically promote the cultivation action of billion-yuan leading industries in counties, and build leading industries and industrial clusters exceeding 100 billion yuan, 500 billion yuan, and 1 trillion yuan.
