The latest data shows that in May, China's automobile exports reached 930,000 units, an increase of 68.7% compared to the same period last year, with the export volume staying above 900,000 units for two consecutive months. Among them, the export of new energy vehicles showed a significantly high growth rate, reaching 446,000 units, an increase of 1.1 times year-on-year. A relevant person from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers stated that China has the most complete new energy vehicle industry chain in the world, with sufficient production capacity, controllable costs, and a strong supply chain risk resistance. From January to May this year, China had exported a total of 4,059,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 63%. Among them, the export of new energy vehicles reached 1,833,000 units, accounting for over 45% of the overall automobile export volume.
