It is recommended that enterprises and individuals who are interested in operating online car-hailing services in the city deeply understand the business risks, enhance risk awareness, and enter the online car-hailing market cautiously. The Xuchang City Transportation Bureau stated that in order to further maintain the fair competition in the online car-hailing market in the central urban area of Xuchang, guide rational entry of social capital, personnel, and other resource factors, promote the healthy and stable development of the industry, in accordance with the spirit of the "Interim Measures for the Management of Online Car-Hailing Services" issued by the Ministry of Transport and other six ministries and the "Interim Measures for the Management of Online Car-Hailing Services in the Central Urban Area of Xuchang", hereby issues a risk warning for the online car-hailing industry in the central urban area of Xuchang.
