Standard & Poor's: National Grid awarded a long-term issuer credit rating of "A+" for overseas investment with a "stable" outlook.

On June 10th, Standard & Poor's awarded State Grid Overseas Investment Limited ("State Grid Overseas Investment") an "A+" long-term issuer credit rating. The "stable" outlook reflects the outlook of its parent company, State Grid Corporation of China ("State Grid").
