Hua Ping Investment and KKR plan to sell UK broadband business.

According to sources cited by the Financial Times, HPE Growth and KKR are considering selling their respective fiber optic broadband assets in the UK. HPE Growth has hired investment banks to negotiate with potential buyers for its subsidiary Community Fibre. KKR has also initiated discussions with multiple interested buyers for its broadband operator Hyperoptic.
