The registered capital is approximately 1.37 billion RMB, with business scope including the manufacturing of new membrane materials, R&D of new material technology, sales of new membrane materials, etc. It is jointly held by Enjie Group's Shanghai Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Ziyang State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd., and Zigong Entai New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
