Fitch Ratings: For the first time, State Grid Corporation of China has been granted an "A" long-term foreign currency issuer rating with a "Stable" outlook for its overseas investments.
On June 9, Fitch Ratings has assigned State Grid Overseas Investment Limited ("State Grid Overseas Investment") an "A" long-term foreign currency issuer default rating (IDR).
State Grid Overseas Investment is a wholly owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China (rated "A/Stable" by Fitch).
The outlook is stable.
Fitch also assigned an "A" rating to State Grid Overseas Investment's senior unsecured debt.
