The relevant person in charge of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association believes that although adjusting the export tax rebate policy is not the only means to fundamentally solve the issue of internal competition, in the medium to long term, it will force companies to shift from extensive scale expansion to technological value enhancement and brand value creation, promoting the industry's transformation and upgrading towards efficiency, reliability, and intelligence. At the same time, it can effectively weaken the internal driving force of low-price competition for companies, promote industry self-discipline, shift market competition from a "price war" to a "value war," and establish a healthy competitive environment. Regarding the adjustment of the export tax rebate policy, many companies are responding rationally by making advance plans, prioritizing the fulfillment of existing orders, controlling default risks, and avoiding financial tension and goodwill losses caused by order disputes. "Breaking free from the competition model that solely relies on prices and tax rebate benefits, overseas capacity layout, localization of service networks, and coordination of localized supply chains will become important trends in the industry. Companies with key technological capabilities, brand influence, and global supply chain operating capabilities will have significant competitive advantages," said the relevant person in charge of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association.
