According to media reports citing two unnamed sources who attended an investor presentation, SpaceX executives said the company is planning to launch a preliminary demonstration of space-based artificial intelligence infrastructure by the end of 2027. During the two investor presentations, SpaceX outlined a roadmap to showcase orbital computing capabilities starting in 2027, with President Gwynne Shotwell and CFO Bret Johnsen both in attendance. SpaceX did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
